include roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, porridge, milk, paneer, milk shakes, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and dried fruits, upma, pancake, chila , idli, dosa, uttapam, poha, etc. and use ghee in meal preparations.
offer her small handy snacks inbetween after every 2 hours interval.
maintain good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
