You can give education now
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Maintain hygiene
Stay hydrated healthy
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
