Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day
weaning has three stages in which it can be started .
stage 1 consists of introduction of semi solid food which is done at 5 to 6 months of age . it should be given gradually.
stage 2 consists of more textured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age
stage 3 ind which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...

There You just have to go ahead with whatever you been feeding your child from the age of seven months it said there is not going to be extra addition to it so continue with that the meal plan is actually going to change after completing the age of 10 months not before that
