Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form. Food should be less spicy and sweet.
Give 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks to a 1 year old baby.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. 10 KG or three times of the birth weight if your child is mentally either of the two on the higher side is going to be more appropriate weight gain for the child and by 13 months it should be somewhere around 200 g more approximately that’s what you can calculate
