Q.

#AskTheExpert what is the food chart for 6 month old baby . my baby is on just 6 month old.. I used to feed him formula milk and breast milk both... how much I can give him formula milk on per feed .and how frequently I can give .. and how much boiled water I can give him per feed. please suggest. . and one more think my baby stool colour is right now greenish yellow. .so is this ok. for him ..??

A. for 6 month old - 6 to 8 ounces (180–240 mL) at each of four or five feedings in twenty-four period is required. giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 1 ounces per day.) greenish or green stools are normal..

A. The Motion colour is fine don’t worry about that but would like to tell you if your child has completed six months then only you can introduce semisolid food and water but before that you just have to give exclusive breastfeeding or formula like you said whatever you are giving and if your child has completed six months then introduce a Dal ka Paani and slowly gradually porridge khichadi and things associated with Suji and oats all these things you can give to the child
