NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello ypu can be giving your child 3 meals in a day along with 2 snacks and you can be giving your child everything that you prepare for the family land also make it more healthy and nutritious by adding dry fruits and dairy products which can help on the kids growth
