A. dear mom for appropriate weight gain give good proteins in diet like dals. eggs, chicken , paneer, soya, tofu, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits milkshakes lassi mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee nuts powder in milk

A. Hello ma’am It’s about 13 to 15 kgs that we believe that a child should be by the age of two years so if your child is around 13 or 14 KG that they say so I believe it’s good and by the age of two years if your child completes the weight of 15 KG then that’s a healthy weight gain
