#AskTheExpert What is the dosage of neomol syrup (paracetamol) 250mg for a 2yr old?? Her doc gave 1-1-1 3.5ml for 2days What to do if she get fever before the 2nd dose which is after 8hrs as the prescription

Hello ma’am You will have to wait for minimum 68 hours to repeat the dosage because you cannot give a dosage to your child to their maximum time is over. Is that if your child still has fever you can start with thande Paani ki patti to your child to reduce out the fever but you cannot give medicine before 6 to 8 hours as it could be dangerous for the baby
