grains and millets 4 servings
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits - 1 serving
milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of process and packaged foods.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your child.
Milk two times a day.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
