ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 4 years it can be around 12 to 17 kg is considered as normal Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

ideally,it should be around 13 to 15 kg.
so as such no need to worry
give 3 major meals and 2 snacks in between.
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer.
