#AskTheExpert What is going on with kids, every month they're catching virus. Sneezing, coughing, fever. How long it'll continue. I really fed up with this. Younger is 1, elder daughter is 3.5 years. Elder has sore throat and fever, nose is running. younger is sneezing and nose is stuck. She can't breathe. How to help? How we can prevent it?

During summer is it a lot of cold stuff like cold water ice creams and any stock which is absolutely I see which is why they fall sick it’s very normal and common thing so you just have to watch what your child is eating that is going to help during this time
