A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Maintain a good personal hygiene and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration.
