You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Give dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, dates. Give 500 ml or more of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
