A. Dear mum, a chubby child is not the only indicator for good health. It is important for baby to be active, playful and achieving all growth milestones. You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Give dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, dates. Give 500 ml or more of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.

A. Dear ma’am, chubbiness is not a sign of good health. If there is age appropriate weight gain then absolutely nothing to worry. You can feed all that you prepare at home
