my kid is going to be 5 yrs. I give healthy foods all day, but she is skinny. Suggest me some food to make her a little chubby.

A. Hello dear parent! As long as your child is healthy and active, doesn’t fall sick frequently, there is nothing to worry about the child being skinny. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Consult your doctor for further advice.
