along with breastfeeding, you can start with rice water, dal water, fruit puree, smashed banana, boiled and smashed potato, porridge, homemade cerelac, clear veg soup, etc.
slowly start with any new foods and check if any sign of discomfort, allergy, discomfort
slowly and gradually increase consistency of food as per baby's appetite.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
