Q.

#asktheexpert she will be turning 6 months now. For starting solid food, how many times it should be given in a day??

A. initially give 1 time per day. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule.Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. rest continue with breast feeding
