A two year old can eat normal home cooked food
Include atleast 2 fruits per day and 3 katori of vegetables in the diet
Add dry fruits , peanuts, oats, ragi in the diet of the child
Reduce the intake of biscuits, bread, fried food like chips, chocolate, junk food to once a week
Give a balanced diet
Do not force feed the child

mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
