Hello mom Currently the foods that can be introduced to the Baby is semi solid and mashed consistency foods can be given you have to introduce one food at a time and in small quantities 1st and then gradually increase the quantity and the variety as well you can give foods like porridge made of Suji, ragi, multigrain mix, Khichdi, vegetable or fruit purée or soups ,curd ,ghee can be given apart from this the water just a few sips throughout the day is fine,
formula depending upon how much the baby is comfortable in taking as per the age around 175 to 200 ml can be given
