#AskTheExpert what food should be introduced for weight gain? my baby does not like thick gravy foods.

A. Dear ma’am, you can give boiled and mashed egg yolk, multigrain porridge, banana powder porridge, boiled and mashed sweet potato, banana, khichdi, dal rice etc but introduce one new food at a time

A. Dear mum, for healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed baby.
