Introduce the child to all food groups and avoid processed foods .
You can give cereals- rice , oats , wheat etc millets ragi , bajra , dals and channa, rajma , horse gram etc .
Seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk and products, like panner , ghee , eggs , fish , dry fruits
