#asktheexpert what food is healthy for 2years baby?

A. dear mum, for 2 years baby, give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese. nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.

A. to a 2 year baby, u can give all the food u cook at home.. there is no need to make food for him seperately.. avoid junk chocolates candies etc
