give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese.
nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts.
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
ankita ChachanMom of a 5 yr old boy3 years agoA. to a 2 year baby, u can give all the food u cook at home.. there is no need to make food for him seperately.. avoid junk chocolates candies etc
