Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation is a common problem where diet modification is very important encourage high fibre diet and lot of fluid intake avoid food which aggravates constipation medication is second option only.... try to include more fruits in the diet of the kid instead of sweets

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. to reduce your child sweet intake: keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example offer chapati in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter it will help to encourage your child to take interest in other food items. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents tell stories for this.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please keep your child well hydrated offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice,soaked Black raisins, fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child. you can give warm milk with one tbsp of ghee. encourage your child to do more physical activities maintain good hygiene
