A. Dear mum, at this age you should give all family foods. Seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. Grains, cereal, pulses and legumes. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
