Dear mum if your baby has started holding the date you can start giving semi liquid diet from 5 month onwards that includes Dal ka pani Rice Water Suji Kheer Cerelac fresh God according to the weather and mashed banana as well as apple you have to start any of these in very less quantity gradually and then increase the quantity letter on do not had all these all together
