ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. bit much. like cut on ghee n oil. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

mam,you must take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
prefer food that gives you energy but not contain that much fat.
so it is best to take food like sprouts,oats ,Ragi etc
