POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Most of the food of a, 7 month old bany will will rain same as 6 months. Feed 3 main meals and 4-5 times breastmilk Or formula milk. Include foods like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooni porridge, home made cerelac, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
