Give all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
avoid intake of junk and packet foods

Give ghee , butter cheese etc but in limit.balance his diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits etc.
