A. Once baby turns 1 year old, you should feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc. Include all types of nutritious foods like eggs in different forms, chicken soup, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, besan and beetroot cheela, chicken and fish curry with rice, oatmeal with nuts, khichdi, custard with fruits, etc.
