there is a possibility that your chhild is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin D or multi vitamin is required or not

Well Most of the cases we have seen it is a growth pain the body is becoming big the bones are increasing which is why kids have this kind of pain and that’s specifically during the night time only and sometimes it could be due to the tiredness that they have been getting through the day running around jumping around and lastly sometimes it could be due to deficiency of D3 and B 12
