The World Health Organization advises only breastfeeding for the first six months, then adding other foods while continuing to breastfeed until two years or more, depending on what works for you. Usually, moms choose to wean between the first and third birthdays of their child. When I began to wean, I followed advice from the Little Moppet website. They offer really helpful guidance for this process.

That’s Most tough thing for a mother to go for because a child does not give up on breastfeeding easily so it would be advisable for you that if you are giving five feeds in a day try to just give four and then try to be feeding only one time in a day either daytime or nighttime and gradually slowly gradually when you will reduce down the feeding the amount of feed in your breast will also reduce down and will completely dry up
