#asktheexpert what can I do as I am no more a lactating from last month,?my baby got my feed till 7 month only.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. thats oj.ok.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Tats Good enough so if you have fed your chat up till the age of seven months that’s fine now you can introduce tone pasteurised milk or formula milk to the child if you’re not producing sufficient milk in your breast feed your child
