the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables, fruits.
eggs
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts and dry fruits
add ghee to baby's food.
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby all home made food which you are making for other family members and also add eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in diet.
