#asktheexpert what are the foods that we can give 15 month old for iron and hemoglobin?

A. hi, to increase haemoglobin.. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food. Nuts are also a great source of iron, amongst other nutrients. Grind them into porridge or cereal or milk, or chop them into small pieces for your toddler. Don’t give whole nuts to your baby or toddler, as they could lead to choking. Tofu, sweet potatoes, beet root, oats , are also have high iron contact.

A. hello you should be giving your child iron rich food in the diet and you can be giving your child spinach, raisins apple beetroot walnuts bracolli which are also rich in iron content and will also help to increase the haemoglobin level also in kids
