Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated avoid using soap while bathing your child use neem leaves with warm water for bathing don't give bath for more than 10 minutes give Massage to your child daily provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
