Apart from fulfilling the daily requirement of food, breastmilk is a rich source of all the essential nutrients required for healthy growth and development of baby. It boosts the immunity level naturally. Till 5-6 months, as one can not give anything else to eat to baby, mother's milk is necessary for good overall development.
