you can prepare Homemade cerelac, Ragi porridge, upma, sheera, rab,mix veg khichdi, mix veg soup, makhana porridge, suji kheer, dal rice,etc for your child.
you can feed different vegetables and fruits in pureed or well mashed form.
mam,you can add salt and sugar both
but add them in very very small quantity.
better to avoid using sugar ,use jeggary instead of it .
