Dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Hello dear parent, for weight gain you can give full cream milk either plain or in the form of banana shake, strawberry shake, Chikoo shake etc they are all healthy and helps in weight gain too. Also give rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. Must balance his diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
