A. dear mum, for your child, a balanced diet will provide variety of food groups: grains and millets - 3 servings pulses legumes: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products - 500ml sugar - 4 tsp oil - 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
