Hello mam For pcos go for personalised diet plan as it would Be according to your condition Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet and reduce grains specially wheat and rice , replace wheat with ragi, oats,jowar or black wheat and rice with brown rice , oats Include protein from beans, sprouts, mushroom, eggs, lean meat Restrict sugar, sugary drinks, juices, bakery products, sweets and fried food, packaged food Include cinnamon and methidana water in morning Physical excerise everyday 45mins Water 3l per day
