for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give massage to your child daily
if your child is taking breastfeeding,feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
maintain good hygiene.
