A. dear Mum after completion of 6 months begin home food in soft and mashed form initially few teaspoon 2 times a day homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal
