Q.

#asktheexpert we started solids for my daughter but she didn’t like the food and not taking more than 2-3 spoons. We have started providing ragi porridge, mashed carrots in afternoon and even tried rice with moong dal. Also can we include country jaggery in the baby food? Please suggest.
