Q.

#asktheexpert we started solids for my daughter but she didn’t like the food and not taking more than 2-3 spoons. We have started providing ragi porridge, mashed carrots in afternoon and even tried rice with moong dal. Also can we include country jaggery in the baby food? Please suggest.

A. hello parents. its completely okay if she consume just few tsp of semi solids, do not force feed her, weaning is a gradualy process, sloy increase the amount of food.
