#asktheexpert we moved to Hyderabad and my having a dry cough. he is 5months old and 4.9 kgs. can we use Kufil-Ls 0.5ml thrice a day

A. Is for wet cough I think it would be better to consult a local paediatric before you give any medicine to the child the weather in that state is quite dry in general also so it would be good for you to check with the doctor for the medicine to be given
