#AskTheExpert we missed vitamins A for my son in the 9th month because he couldn't intake the vitamin A chewable tablet mixed with water. we have him vitamin A now at at age of 1 year and 8 months. when should we give vitamin A next ? if I amnt wrong it's good for eye sight correct? how frequent can we give vitamin A?

A. hello. it's fine.. you can give vit a now as well repeat dose in every 6 months. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.
