#asktheexpert we missed vaccination for kid for 2 years (from age 2 to 4) as he had other medical issues. is it fine to continue after 4 years.

A. vh. the very purpose of giving vaccine to the baby is to have proper immunity please take all optional and essential vaccine to the baby if you have already missed any one of them

A. hi dear A significant delay in vaccination puts children at risk of the serious diseases the vaccines could prevent. If children miss a vaccine dose, parents should talk to their doctor about catching up with the schedule. Missing a dose does not require children to restart the series of injections from the beginning.
