#asktheexpert We have a hard time telling why to not put sugar and salt in meals for the 7m old to our parents. Whats the main reason if you can tell?

A. hi. babies get required amoubt if sakt from foid and breast kikk so adding amextra sakt will be burden on developing kidney of yiyr bavy, and sugar are preoared from various chemical and shoukd be avoid as long as posdible
