Q.

#asktheexpert we are offering cerelac, 1 fruit and khichdi from morning to evening.. Trying not to give formula milk to 9 months old baby during day time... Milk remains the meal for 2-3 times during evening to morning time.. ... I want to know how many times should we include milk in the diet...

A. dear mom. after intriducing solids, milk is important part of diet mainly till 1 year of age, you shiukd feed fm in between meals and on demand. ok
