Q.
#AskTheExpert started giving solids to baby like fruit puree and cerelac. He simply doesn’t like formula milk. Hence i have to mix with cerelac to give him formula. What should i do that he takes formula milk only. I even tried giving him formula milk through spoon but he doesn’t like.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, there is no need to give formula to your baby. if you are able to breastfeed, then you should continue to breastfeed. else, you can give any external milk that you use at home.

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi parent please avoid formula food please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi please give daily massage with Babyhug Coconut oil
