#asktheexpert We are having a tough time in making my son consume food and it has become a daily battle. How do we overcome this?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom firstly never try to force feed the child as That will be of no help . Instead get him involved in some sort of physical activity so that to a very extent help in getting hungry as well.
Get some age appropriate books and read while feeding him do that he enjoys and sits in. One place and eats .
Present the regular foods in different ways to him
