#asktheexpert we are giving Nanpro 1 to our baby..can we start cow milk after 6 months? plz advise

A. yes can start the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not toflerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving

A. Hai good afternoon !! No until one year cow, buffalo,packet milk is not suggested for babies because below one year babies can't digest animals milk. Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested from 6 month onwards start semi solids once or twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed. You can continue to feed formula milk along with semi solids .
